Depending on the services used, we lawfully collect:

We may entrust necessary information to ecommerce, customer management, cloud, payment, shipping, warehousing, customs, system maintenance, and professional service providers. We select and supervise providers through appropriate contracts, access restrictions, and other necessary measures.

Disclosures to sellers, auction operators, delivery recipients, insurers, or other third parties are limited to what is necessary and based on consent or another legally permitted ground. We may also disclose information to authorities when legally required or permitted.

We do not sell personal information. Payment providers and other businesses collecting information directly from you also apply their own privacy policies.

5. International processing and transfers

Information may be stored outside Japan or accessed from overseas in connection with shipping, payments, cloud services, or system maintenance.

We assess relevant foreign privacy frameworks and implement necessary safeguards. Transfers to foreign third parties use mechanisms permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required, we first provide legally required information about the destination country, its privacy framework, and the recipient’s safeguards, and obtain consent.

Contact us with your name, registered email address, and request. We verify identity and, where relevant, a representative’s authority using proportionate procedures. Submit identity documents only through a method we instruct you to use.

We respond without undue delay as required by law. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we explain the decision and reason. We do not charge a fee for these requests.

10. Marketing

We obtain consent for marketing communications where required. You may unsubscribe through the provided link or by contacting us. Essential order, payment, shipping, and security communications continue after marketing preferences are withdrawn.

11. International customers

This policy applies to customers in Japan and overseas. Where mandatory privacy laws of another country or region apply, we also address the additional rights and obligations those laws provide.

4．委託先および第三者への提供

当社は、上記の利用目的を達成するために必要な範囲で、EC・顧客管理・クラウドサービス提供者、決済事業者、配送・倉庫・通関業者、システム保守事業者、専門家等に個人情報の取扱いを委託することがあります。委託先を適切に選定し、契約、アクセス制限その他必要な方法により監督します。

販売者、オークション運営者、配送先、保険会社その他の第三者に個人データを提供する場合は、ご本人の同意その他適用法令上認められる根拠に基づき、必要な範囲で行います。法令に基づく照会その他法令上認められる場合には、関係当局等へ提供することがあります。

当社は、個人情報を販売しません。決済事業者等がお客様から直接取得する情報には、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。

5．国外での取扱い

海外配送、決済、クラウド利用またはシステム保守等に伴い、個人情報が日本国外で保存され、または国外からアクセスされることがあります。

当社は、関係国の個人情報保護制度等を把握し、必要な安全管理措置を講じます。外国にある第三者への提供については、法令上認められる仕組みを利用し、同意が必要な場合は、提供先の国、当該国の制度および提供先の保護措置等について必要な情報を提供したうえで、事前に同意を取得します。

日本法に相当する措置を継続して講じる体制に基づき提供する場合は、必要な確認・監督を行い、法令に従って関連情報を提供します。具体的な取扱国および保護措置については、下記窓口までお問い合わせください。本ポリシーの掲載のみをもって、必要な国外提供への同意を得たものとは扱いません。

6．Cookie等

当社サイトでは、ログイン状態の維持、カート機能、セキュリティその他サイト運営に必要な目的でCookie等を利用することがあります。

アクセス解析、広告その他必須ではないCookie等を利用する場合は、その内容を別途案内し、適用法令上必要な同意および設定変更の手段を提供します。ブラウザ設定でCookieを制限できますが、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

7．安全管理措置

当社は、情報の性質およびリスクに応じて、取扱責任・手順の明確化、取扱者への教育、アクセス権限の制限、認証、通信の暗号化、端末・書類の管理、不正アクセス対策、委託先の監督等の必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

8．保存期間

個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、および会計・税務・古物取引その他適用法令に基づく保存期間にわたり保管します。紛争対応、不正防止等のために必要な場合は、合理的に必要な期間保存することがあります。

保存の必要がなくなった情報は、安全な方法で削除または個人を識別できない状態にします。退会しても、法令上保存が必要な取引記録等は直ちに削除されない場合があります。

9．開示等のご請求

適用法令に基づき、利用目的の通知、保有個人データまたは第三者提供記録の開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止等をご請求いただけます。

下記窓口へ、氏名、登録メールアドレス、ご請求内容をご連絡ください。必要な範囲で本人確認を行い、代理人によるご請求では代理権の確認を行います。本人確認書類は、当社から案内する方法でご提出ください。

法令に従って遅滞なく対応し、全部または一部に応じられない場合は、その旨および理由をご案内します。当社は、これらのご請求について手数料をいただきません。

10．広告配信

広告メール等は、必要な同意を取得したうえで配信します。配信停止リンクまたは下記窓口から停止を申し出ることができます。注文、支払い、配送、セキュリティ等に関する必要な連絡は、広告配信の停止後もお送りします。

11．海外のお客様

本ポリシーは、日本国内および海外のお客様に適用します。お客様の所在地等により、他の国・地域の強行的な個人情報保護法が適用される場合は、当該法令により認められる追加の権利および義務にも対応します。

本ポリシーは、適用法令上放棄できない権利を制限するものではありません。必要に応じ、地域またはサービスに応じた追加の通知を行います。

12．変更

法令または取扱内容の変更等に応じて本ポリシーを改定し、改定日とともに当社サイトに掲載します。重要な変更については、その内容に応じて適切に通知し、法令上必要な場合は改めて同意を取得します。
