Sales prices: Prices are displayed on each product or service page or provided in an individual quotation. The currency and applicable taxes will be stated.
Additional charges: Domestic shipping, international shipping, packing, storage, and other applicable service fees are charged separately, as explained before order confirmation. Import duties, destination taxes, and customs clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
Payment methods: Wise, bank transfer, and cash for in-person transactions. PayPal is available only when confirmed in advance.
Payment timing: Payment is required before we purchase or bid on items on the customer’s behalf. Shipping and any outstanding charges must be paid before dispatch or collection. Payment deadlines are stated in the quotation or invoice.
Delivery time: Dispatch and delivery schedules depend on product availability and the shipping method selected. The expected schedule will be provided with the quotation or order confirmation. Container shipments follow the schedule communicated for the applicable container.
Delivery method: International courier, postal service, ocean freight, or container shipment, as agreed with the customer.

Returns and exchanges: For new parts, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery, please email yusef@pacificbase.co.jp within seven calendar days of receipt with your order number, a description, and photographs. Retain the packaging and contact us before returning the item.
Where Pacific Base is responsible, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Used parts: All used parts are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations for customer reasons are not accepted. Customers are responsible for reviewing the description, photographs, disclosed condition, specifications, and vehicle compatibility before authorizing a purchase or bid. Please ask any questions before ordering.
Disclosed wear, damage, and defects are not grounds for a return. Items expressly described as untested carry no assurance that they function.
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including those relating to an incorrect item supplied by Pacific Base or a material discrepancy from its description.

商品代金以外の必要料金： 日本国内送料、国際送料、梱包料、保管料、その他ご利用サービスに応じた手数料が別途発生します。各料金の金額または計算方法、およびお支払いの時期は、該当するサービスのページまたはお見積書にて、ご注文確定前に明示します。輸入関税、仕向地で課される税金および通関手数料等が発生する場合は、お客様のご負担となります。これらの金額は、仕向地の関係当局および各サービス提供事業者により決定されます。
お支払方法： Wise、銀行振込、対面取引時の現金払い。PayPalは、事前に当社が利用可能であることを確認した場合に限りご利用いただけます。
お支払時期： 購入代行・入札代行をご利用の場合は、当社が購入または入札を行う前にお支払いいただきます。当社からの商品直接販売については、発送またはお引渡し前のお支払いとなります。送料およびその他の未払金についても、発送またはお引渡し前にお支払いいただきます。具体的なお支払期限は、お見積書または請求書に記載します。
商品の発送・引渡時期： 発送予定期間または船積み予定は、各商品ページ、またはご注文確定前に提示するお見積書に記載します。予定は、商品の在庫状況および配送方法によって異なります。コンテナ輸送については、お申込み確定前に船積み予定および輸送期間の目安をご案内します。
配送方法： お客様と合意した方法により、国際宅配便、国際郵便、海上輸送またはコンテナ輸送でお届けします。
キャンセルについて： キャンセルをご希望の場合は、速やかに当社までご連絡ください。お客様の承認に基づき購入または入札を行った後は、お客様都合によるキャンセルはお受けできません。その他のご注文について、キャンセルに制限がある場合は、ご注文確定前にその条件を明示します。ただし、適用法令により認められる解除・返金等の権利を妨げるものではありません。
新品部品の返品・交換について： お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。誤配送、不具合、または到着時の破損がある場合は、商品到着後7暦日以内を目安に、ご注文番号、不具合等の内容および写真を添えて、yusef@pacificbase.co.jpまでご連絡ください。梱包材は保管し、商品をご返送いただく前に必ず当社へご連絡ください。
当社に責任がある場合は、合理的な範囲の返送料を当社が負担し、適用法令に従い、修理、交換または返金等の適切な対応を行います。
中古部品の返品・交換について： 中古部品は、お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルをお受けできません。購入または入札を承認する前に、商品説明、写真、開示されている状態、仕様および車両への適合性をお客様ご自身でご確認ください。ご不明な点は、ご注文前にお問い合わせください。
事前に開示された摩耗、傷、破損および不具合は、返品の理由とはなりません。「動作未確認」と明示された商品については、動作を保証しません。
法令に基づく権利について： 商品到着後7暦日以内のご連絡をお願いすることは、到着時に合理的に発見できなかった不具合等に関する権利を含め、お客様の法令上の権利を制限するものではありません。本規定は、当社による誤配送や商品説明との重大な相違等に関して、法令上排除できない権利または救済を排除するものではありません。
